central location airport transfer
The hotel is in a GREAT location. The airport transfer service worked very well and was punctual. The staff also accommodated my early arrival which i appreciated.
The reception took my plastic card. The receptionist copied all the information to his computer including the SVV code, which i didn't like.

The hotel has free luggage storage needing to store bags before check-in or after check-out, WHICH i found useful. An area for guest relaxation is available on the fifth floor.

I enjoyed the good breakfast. The breakfast included many options like scrambled eggs, meats, and coffee. I really liked the COFFEE.

the breakfast was great. its location is also very convenient if you do not mind a busy street just when you walk out. my room was always kept cleaned well.
the staff seemed not friendly during check in. overall, the hotel looked quite dated. the furniture looked pretty banged up, i feel.

I found the staff helpful. laura at front desk was amazing. Her hospitality was evident. the rooms were clean, i could tell. the breakfast was also good. It had great variety.
i thought they looked a bit tired.

The location was central. It made getting around simple. my room had all i needed for my visit. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It had plenty of choices.
the hotel felt a bit old. my air conditioning barely worked, blowing mostly hot air. the wall sockets in the room seemed loose.
